If you ant to give a morning briefing, there are some things you should do:
1. Don't be so long, cause the employee will not going to work, except you have a serious problem to solve. It would be better if you just take about 30 minutes to brief.
2. Make past job evaluation. Like: what kind of difficulties when they met the costumers, or the problem of their selling, etc. give about 10 minutes.
3. Review what they have to do this day. To remind them, about their job to done. Give about 10 minutes.
4. End the briefing with the positive closing. Because it will make them loose the heavy problems. And make an ice-breaker. Don't end the briefing with an anger. Take about 10 minutes of time to give them a spirit and tips to start their job.
